At Vherbal, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure your products reach you safely and efficiently.

DELIVERY COVERAGE
We currently ship across India to locations serviced by our courier and logistics partners.
Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability and may vary by PIN code. Certain remote, rural, or restricted locations may require additional delivery time.
If a location becomes unserviceable after an order has been placed, we will notify you and initiate a refund for prepaid orders.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of successful order confirmation.
In most cases, orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
Orders are processed only on business days. Sundays, national holidays, and other non-working days are not considered business days for processing and dispatch.
During periods of high order volume, promotional campaigns, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

SHIPPING CHARGES

From time to time, Vherbal may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders, products, or order values.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.
Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of their shipment.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment.
Customers are requested to ensure that:

The provided mobile number is active and reachable.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or inability to contact the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
UNDELIVERABLE OR NON-SERVICEABLE PIN CODES
In rare situations, an order may be accepted by the website but later identified as non-serviceable by the courier partner.
If this occurs:

DELAYED DELIVERIES

DAMAGED PACKAGE OR PRODUCT
We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly, customers must provide:

A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
Please note that damage, shortage, or incorrect product claims may not be approved without a complete unboxing video.
